Affiliate Disclosure

Modest Celebrations (modestcelebrations.com) is a participant in affiliate marketing programs operated by various online casinos and gambling platforms. When you click on links to these casinos from our website and complete sign-ups or make deposits, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you.

How Commissions Work

We earn revenue through affiliate partnerships with the casinos we review. These commissions help fund the operation and maintenance of this website. However, our receipt of affiliate commissions does not influence, bias, or determine our editorial rankings, casino reviews, or recommendations. All reviews are conducted independently based on objective criteria including game selection, security, licensing, customer service, and user experience.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links and sponsored content are clearly marked throughout our website with labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," or "Play Now" buttons that lead to casino partners. These links contain tracking parameters that attribute your visit to Modest Celebrations. Non-affiliate informational content and educational pages are not marked with these designations.

Regulatory Compliance

This website operates in compliance with Australian consumer protection laws, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and advertising standards established by the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics. All affiliate relationships and material connections are disclosed as required by these regulations.

Your Responsibility

We recommend that you conduct your own research and due diligence before engaging with any online casino. Gambling involves risk, and you should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. Please verify that any casino holds appropriate Australian gambling licenses and complies with local regulations. This disclosure does not constitute financial or gambling advice.
